Jail rewarding inmates with free ramen if they get vaccinated

In Kennewick, Washington, the Benton County Jail is offering free packets of ramen to inmates if they agree to get the COVID-19 vaccine. As of Monday, almost 100 inmates have taken advantage of the program. From the Seattle Times:

The offer is advertised around the jail with fliers featuring a larger-than-life photo of the seasoned, wavy noodles and a headline that says SOUPS FOR SHOTS.
